Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest. We understand that your schedule is very busy. To begin your spa experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. New guests should allow 15 minutes to complete the guest profile. Delayed arrivals will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals and the full price of your service will be charged. Punctuality is always appreciated.
Jon’Ric International Spa is designed to be a relaxing and tranquil environment. Please be courteous to others by silencing your phone while relaxing at the spa.
PHOTOGRAPHY and VIDEO RECORDINGS
Photography, cameras, and video recordings are strictly prohibited on all spa premises. Management reserves the right to promote the spa using in-house images. Under such circumstances, guest release forms will be issued.
We accept guests of all ages, however Salt Room treatments may require parental release before services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. Children must be supervised at all times in the Salt Rooms. All valuables should be left at home. Jon'Ric international Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
SPA PAYMENTS, GIFT CARDS, and PRICING
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, Jon’Ric Gift Cards, Spa Finder, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Jon’Ric International is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to inquire about pricing and available services when booking appointments. No express or implied warranties apply. Services are not refundable but can be converted to spa credit.
SPA PRODUCT RETURNS
Any unopened item in its original packaging may be returned within 7 business days and a spa credit will be issued. We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened skin care products. No refunds are given for gift card purchases.
Recommended gratuity is 18-25% or higher. Gratuities are not included in the value of services and are at the discretion of the guest. Discreet gratuity containers are provided in treatment rooms. At check out, gratuity may be paid via credit card or cash may be placed in an envelope, addressed to the therapist of choice.
Jon’Ric International has both male and female employees. If you have a specific preference, please advise upon making your appointment. If preference is not specified at the time of booking, we will book according to availability.
SPECIAL REQUESTS and CONCERNS
Please notify the staff for any physical or medical needs prior to your appointment (i.e. medication, pregnancy, food, or product sensitivities). If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact the Spa Manager immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Again, your satisfaction is our priority.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULES
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. We request 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24-hour notice, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service total. A "no-call, no show" will result in a full charge of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations of series must be in writing within 30 days of the draft date. All services over $120 require a credit card number. Spa parties require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
